OCManager AI 能力后端服务，提供 LLM 推理、OS 知识库管理、RAG 检索增强与 LangGraph 编排能力。是 OCAI的"大脑"——处理自然语言理解、诊断推理链生成、知识检索与答案合成。
OCManager 被管主机代理，是部署在每一台受管主机上的唯一进程，既是数据采集器，也是任务执行器。它负责把本机指标 / 资产 / 事件推送给后台，同时接受升级、配置下发、物料拉取、重启等运维指令并回报结果。
